Bisadora is operated by Northwood Interiors LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We're a small team that spends more time looking at lamps than is probably healthy. If you have a question about a product, a room or a bulb, write to us at support@bisadora.com — a real person answers, within one business day. Lighting is where we started, and everything we add for the home is chosen the same way.
What we look for
Every product in our range is selected by hand. We look for honest materials — ceramic, rattan, linen, stone, brushed metal — and quiet, well-proportioned shapes that will still look right in five years. We favor warm light over bright light, and we ask our suppliers about the details that matter at home: whether a wall light can go up without an electrician, how long a rechargeable lamp runs on one charge, and what each finish is made of.
How we work
We keep the range deliberately small so that we know each piece. Our team checks dimensions, bulb types and packaging with our suppliers before a product goes live, and we write our own descriptions so you know exactly what you are getting, including what a product is not. Orders ship free within the United States, and if something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we replace it or refund you.
