Accepted payment methods
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa. The payment icons shown in our footer, on product pages and at checkout reflect exactly these methods, in the same order. We do not accept bank transfers, checks or cash on delivery.
Currency and taxes
All prices on our website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and all payments are processed in USD. The price you see at checkout is the final amount charged — we do not add sales tax or other fees.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If for any reason we cannot fulfill the order, you will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Security
All payments, including PayPal, are processed through Shopify Payments and encrypted end to end. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Billing statement
The charge appears on your card statement under the name BISADORA; your bank may show a short prefix added by the payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at support@bisadora.com before contacting your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are always returned to the original payment method.
