Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including dimensions, materials and colors. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials such as stone, rattan and wood vary from piece to piece. Lighting products are described with their bulb type, voltage and mounting details; please check compatibility with your home before ordering. Products are intended for residential use unless stated otherwise.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and all payments are processed in USD. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay; we do not add sales tax or other fees. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the methods listed in our Payment Policy.
