All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) through Shopify Payments, including PayPal. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa, as listed on our Payment Policy page; the icons in our footer and at checkout show exactly these methods.
Your payment method is authorized and charged at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been received.
The price shown at checkout is the final amount charged. We do not add sales tax or other fees.
The billing address you enter must match the address on file with your card issuer. Orders with mismatched details may be held for verification, and we may contact you by email.
If a charge is declined, no order is created and you may try another payment method.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It takes 7 business days for us to process a refund after the returned item has been inspected, as described in our Refund Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@bisadora.com within 30 days; we will investigate and correct any error. We ask that you contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it directly.
